Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

Something not right with your order? We will promptly replace any incorrect or damaged items, or items with poor quality prints. Simply email support@eatsleepdogs.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include a description of the issue and photos that clearly show the problem.

Chose the wrong size? You may exchange your shirt for the same design in a different size. The customer is responsible for the return of the original (we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels), and for shipping on the new item.

Please note:

• Any returns must be clean, unwashed, and unused, and returned in the same condition in which you received it.
• Personalized items and custom orders are not available for size exchange, so please be sure to check sizes carefully!

Refunds

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
